MOM X WIFEY DUTIES...

Ok!!,so i got this Ankara Fabric as a gift from my friend Amaka. In all,d Fabric was about 2 and a half yard, and i needed approximately 6yards to make a complete outfit for my husband,my son and myself inclusive.I thought so hard, made designs, canceled, made dem again, canceled,Until i was able to eventually able to get the Perfect Combo that will work in such a way that the ankara would conviniently go round the 3 of us.

I Chose not only to use the Ankara Fabric for the cap,but also as a "Pocket Filler" because pocket fillers have proven themselves worthy of a come-back..They add this Masculinity to outfits, and I couldnt just let it slide on this one.We all know pocket fillers Trend more on Suits and other English Outfits,But on dis particular outfit,we can see that despite its 'NATIVE' nature,d filler was Perfect,Goes to show its Flexibility.

After sewing the white Fabric for the Men,it came out so plain, everything looked simply ordinary, and u guys know hw much i love Extra-ordinary,so in a Bid to give it a little pop and make it more eye-catching,I ran to the tailoring shop next door and bought this buttons with a chain connecting them,am sure dey have a name, buh personnally i dont even know what they are called sef ..Its  Mostly used by South-South Men on their Caftans and all..After Placing them on their Outfits, guess what?....I began to see a  little Extra-Ordinary!!

So So So Sorry guys,We were unable to take pictures Standing oo,so u could have a good look at our outfits, Mine especially. *Sadface*...You Guys know,or if u dont know,u sure have an idea how kids can get sometimes..Hmmm,My baby refused to stand up oo, like i had to beg him with everything in shoprite, and Bambinos, yet, if i hear, He is way wiser than all the three wise men put together, so his wish was our command oo, we sat for the entire shoot, he started sobbing sef , i had to pet and pet and pet, my dear being a mum is far from easy so.

Since you cant get to see the full gown, i will ve to briefly go through the crucible of describing my entire outfit.I used a little above one and a half yard to make the plittings on the lower part of the gown and used the left over one yard from my husband and son's white fabric to do a simple straight cut top. Now, the selling point of this dress is the funny-shaped sleeve,.so sad you can't get to see it really well, i dint want to do  the regular off shoulder normal kinda sleeve ,so i thought of doing something quite unique, and i think it came out as planned.ve a fruitfull week lovelies, from all of us @ Jajesdesignory

THE FAMILY THAT PRAYS TOGETHER STAYS TOGETHER

The colours of the outfit wasn't picked by accident, Black ususally goes with anything, so the challenge was getting the fabric that was going to create a perfect balance with the black and trust me I didn't want that colour to be the usual "Yellow".

Yea everyone knows black and yellow is a perfect colour match, but here I was thinking of a colour totally different yet captivating. this particular pink colour fabric wasn't also the usual "pink-pink" it has the touch of black, yellow, sky blue, white, and every colour blending in so perfectly. With this fabric at hand I knew I had hit a "JACKPOT".

For my kid I used a suspender to highlight the look of the outfit, not only because suspenders are trendy at the moment but because they really are just cute. Plus I wanted him to not only look smart but also captivating.
The black material and the coloured material are pure cotton and were gotten from a fabric shop here in Gwagwalada. I dunno about you but I think the combo was just perfect.

No No No, you don't have to say it darling I know my baby boy is super handsome with an attitude of an international model. I am proud of you darl.

His shoe was carefully picked by me, from his wardrobe of course "`Awon Porshe Kid" plus he sure wasn't going to let go of that phone that was the only way to get his attention oo Lool.

Children could be really mischievous, picking flowers and putting it in their mouths, lool, He's "Dad" practically had to struggle with him to get it out. Father and son Bond.

And yeah before I forget, I chose to make the sleeves of their outfits with the pink fabric, and just so the sleeve fabric doesn't stand alone on the shirt, I made the collar, and collar holder have same fabric as the sleeve as well.

After being caught with the flower in his mouth, his dad softly tells him the dangers of putting stuff that aren't food in his mouth, making him promise never to do that again.

And like an obedient child that he is, he promises never to do that again. Children are truly God's gift to man-kind, their innocence cannot be overemphasized.

The choice and style of my outfits,(the dress I am putting on) isn't really so new, infact this is the kinda dress pattern that is trendy at the moment. Picked the high waist Black jean from my wardrobe and boom, I had the look I so dreamed of.

Theses Kinda dresses are better made sleeveless or short sleeve(like mine), reasons so the outfit doesn't look too busy and everywhere.

Since the dress has a centre slit that cuts through to the navel or even above the navel, hence where the slit stops is a matter of preference.

Some like to expose a little skin while others feel comfortable being covered up all through, if you fall in the cover-up category be sure your centre-slit ends where the high waist jean begins covering up all.

All hail d HERO,d nice guy who came out of d blues and saved d day,..Hes d reason we were able to forge ahead with d shoot, after d main character HUSBAND dissapointed....
deliberately dint use a suspender for him,as i did for d son because his height already spoke volumes..
IK dear, thank u so much for coming through,Jajesdesignory owes u a whole lot
